27G-Technology is an R&D company to provide state-of-the-art dosimeters for space and special ground applications. Our new solution is an ultra-small electrical module that uses new generation semiconductor-based technology to measure the TID during space missions. The first flight models of this solution were used as experimental instruments during the mission of SMOG-P, they have proven their suitability for PocketQube and small satellite missions.
